Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips in this cozy beach bungalow located right on the cool, emerald green waters of the 6 mile Weeki Wachee River. The river empties into the Gulf of Mexico and Mud River which is about a 10 minute boat ride.

Rogers Park Beach is just a 4 block walk and boasts:

  • a sandy beach
  • swimming in 72 degree, crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River
  • playground
  • volleyball nets and
  • seasonal lifeguards

The large screened porch has a comfortable seating area and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sipping wine at sunset. There is a tiki style covered table near a fire pit in the yard or you may wish to just relax on the dock and watch the fish.

Central heat and air, WiFi, cable, washer, dryer, land line, and plenty of parking.

Kayaks and Canoes Are Provided

Explore the crystal clear waters of the 6 mile Weeki Wachee River. 3 Kayaks and 1 canoe are provided at no additional charge for your use through the duration of your stay. If you prefer to rent a small motor boat, the marina is within walking distance.

Maximum permitted guests is : five (5).

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The majority of guests prefer a non-smoking environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors but must be disposed of in a proper receptical outside the cabin. 

  1. Do not throw cigrarette butts in the river or canals.
  2. Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. 

We appologize, we love our furry friends as much as you but pets are not permitted.
